Abstract
SOLIS BONIFACIO, Hubel. Phenomenological exploration of the development of the research process in engineering students. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.4, e504106. Epub June 25, 2025. ISSN 2739-0063. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15048338.
The study analyzes the challenges in the production of theses and scientific research in the Faculties of Computer Science and Systems and Mechanical Electrical Engineering of the National Agrarian University of the Jungle. Obstacles such as lack of laboratories, scarcity of specialized materials, and time constraints due to academic demands were identified. The research was developed under a qualitative approach with a phenomenological-hermeneutical orientation, using techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, documentary analysis and the focus group made up of 8 graduates of the aforementioned university degree. The findings reveal that the presence of research-oriented teachers and collaboration among students favor the acquisition of research skills and increase academic motivation.
