Resumen
NEIRA FERNANDEZ, Sandra Mercedes y LIMA VARGAS, María Madgalena. Inclusion as a challenge in contemporary educational management from a systematic review. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.4, e504103. Epub 12-Jun-2025. ISSN 2739-0063. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15048262.
This systematic review explores the integration of inclusive education in contemporary educational management, emphasizing the importance of participatory leadership, pedagogical innovation and curricular adaptation. To this end, 31 references were analyzed following the guidelines of the PRISMA method, showing that inclusion goes beyond the integration of students with special needs, implying a cultural and organizational transformation. Likewise, the studies highlight the need for flexible teaching strategies, continuous teacher training and adequate allocation of resources, framed in institutional policies that promote equity. Although progress has been made, challenges persist, such as the lack of longitudinal evaluations and limitations in legislative frameworks and resources. Together, these findings offer a basis for developing sustainable intervention models that promote fairer and more resilient educational systems.
