Resumen
DE LA CRUZ RAMOS, Ross Mery et al. The importance of educational psychology in the teaching and learning process of literacy in the post-pandemic period. Revista InveCom [online]. 2026, vol.6, n.1, e601067. Epub 15-Jul-2025. ISSN 2739-0063. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15461039.
Educational psychology and literacy have generated a significant revolution in inclusive learning, especially in post-pandemic contexts and in crisis situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This article aims to demonstrate that educational psychology is a fundamental discipline for improving the teaching and learning processes of reading and writing in linguistic and literary contexts in Peru. To this end, a qualitative methodology was used with a descriptive research design and a documentary approach. The study was conducted using a phenomenological procedure, analyzing a bibliometric source composed of 50 research papers published between 2015 and 2022. Among the most relevant findings, the effectiveness of using phonological cards and digital resources to promote literate socialization in virtual environments, using platforms such as Moodle, Microsoft Teams, Kahoot, and ChatGPT, stands out. Likewise, three key aspects were identified: pedagogical adaptation, access to treatment, and psychological intervention, which demonstrate how the integration of psychological knowledge into educational psychology contributes to specialized student care in the area of reading. In conclusion, it is essential to develop sustainable psychoeducational monitoring projects and establish fair educational policies so that the results of this research can be translated into effective measures with immediate impact.
