PAREDES VASQUEZ, Karina Lisset et al. Social Responsibility, Ethics, and Workplace Well-being: A Literature Review on Generational Impacts and Challenges. Revista InveCom [online]. 2026, vol.6, n.2, e602118.  Epub 30-Set-2025. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17109937.

Workplace well-being is a key factor in worker productivity, motivation, and satisfaction, and is closely linked to organizational ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR). These dimensions not only strengthen internal cohesion, but also project a positive image to society and stakeholders. This systematic review study analyzed the influence of ethics and CSR on intergenerational workplace well-being, considering research published in high-impact databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, and SciELO, based on criteria of timeliness, relevance, and methodological rigor. The findings show that organizational ethics and CSR have a positive effect on employee well-being; however, a significant gap in attention to generational differences was identified in 93% of the studies reviewed. This scenario constitutes a relevant opportunity for future research and for the design of more inclusive, sustainable, and generational diversity-adapted organizational policies.

Palavras-chave : corporate social responsibility; workplace well-being; generational gaps.
