USHINAHUA SERRANO, Manuel Fernando e CONTRERAS RIVERA, Robert Julio. Systematic review on generative artificial intelligence in media content creation for public management and user satisfaction. Revista InveCom [online]. 2026, vol.6, n.2, e602138. Epub 30-Set-2025. ISSN 2739-0063. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17664203.
Generative artificial intelligence is already becoming an important tool for public management to support fast and accurate production of media content. Therefore, the aim of this study was to critically analyze the use of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) in the creation of media content for public management, assessing its impact on public policy and user satisfaction. A systematic review was applied under the PRISMA method, using high-impact databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, and considering articles published between 2019 and 2024 in Spanish and English. After the selection process, a total of 15 articles relevant to the analysis were included. The results show that IAG facilitates faster and more accurate content production, allowing the customization of messages and their adaptation to different formats. However, ethical challenges related to regulation, budget and cultural sensitivity were identified. It is concluded that generative artificial intelligence contributes positively to the efficiency and modernization of institutional communication, although its implementation requires addressing regulatory and ethical challenges to maximize its benefits in public management and ensure user satisfaction.
