SANCHEZ-PAREDES, Julia Rosario; PROANO-REYES, Gladis Margot and LACH-TENECOTA, Wladimir. Delays in administrative proceedings that violate the principle of efficiency. Noesis [online]. 2025, vol.7, n.esp1, pp.4-21. Epub Nov 30, 2025. ISSN 2739-0365. https://doi.org/10.35381/noesisin.v7i1.364.
This research addresses the problem of unjustified delays and the imposition of purely formal requirements in administrative proceedings that violate the principle of efficiency. Therefore, the objective has been defined as developing a critical legal analysis of unjustified delays and the imposition of purely formal requirements in administrative proceedings that violate the principle of efficiency. The research takes a qualitative approach, as it uses critical legal analysis to conceptualize the principle of efficiency in administrative proceedings. Methods of documentary analysis of laws, case law, legal books and journals on the subject of study, and interviews were applied. Conclusions are reached regarding the need to incorporate mechanisms such as the digitization of administration and the simplification of procedures, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the principle of efficiency.
