Financial management drives the success of organizations, and in this study we focus on the LUBRIFERR Distributor in the Santo Domingo Canton. Upon examining its 2021 financial statements, we discovered that the lack of periodic reviews limits the decision-making capacity of senior management. Applying inductive and deductive methods within an applied research framework, we identified that adopting Business Intelligence tools can transform the way data is processed and analyzed. This technological commitment not only improves efficiency but also reinforces the company's strategic agility. Likewise, fostering a culture of innovation becomes essential to adapt to changing environments and ensure competitiveness in the market.
