The objective of this research was to propose a strategic marketing design to attract new students to UNIANDES Babahoyo University, with the aim of increasing enrollment in the on-campus law program and various online programs nationwide. The conclusion was that the plan should be directed towards the areas surrounding the Babahoyo campus. It was determined that the design of strategies is feasible because the institution is willing to seek the human and material resources to implement it. The plan to increase student enrollment is based on six high-impact strategies to connect with and project the image of UNIANDES Babahoyo. The strategies consist of an advertising plan (academic marketing), visits to secondary schools to increase university enrollment, and the projection of student recruitment strategies.
