The objective of the research is to develop a proposal for improving customer service and the proper use of the notarial system in the Aguarico canton, in order to guarantee efficient access to notarial services. The analysis of the results shows that the lack of up-to-date electronic tools and regular training for notary staff limits the quality of service, while the current Notarial Computer System slows down response times, generating legal discrepancies that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of management. In this context, this study, which is part of the line of research on Notarial and Registry Law in the Ecuadorian legal system, seeks to analyze the variables involved in order to propose viable solutions. It also promotes the strengthening of ethical values and teamwork, which are fundamental for optimizing institutional performance in public or private entities and guaranteeing quality notarial services.
