This study addresses the impact of technology on the notarial and registration fields and its influence on legal certainty in Ecuador. Its objective is to analyze how electronic systems have transformed legal processes and the reliability of records, highlighting the importance of adapting regulatory frameworks to technological advances. The research focuses on understanding the experiences and perceptions of professionals in the sector, exploring the challenges and opportunities that arise with the implementation of technology in this field. The methodology used combines qualitative techniques, such as in-depth interviews and content analysis, to capture the opinions of the actors involved and examine the impact of technology from a practical and theoretical perspective.
