The objective of this research was to design a strategic management plan for MAGDIESEL, a microenterprise in Latacunga, Ecuador, with a view to promoting its sustainable growth by aligning its resources with its long-term objectives. The methodology was initially based on a literature review of sources from internationally renowned repositories and journals. Subsequently, through a SWOT analysis, weaknesses, threats, strengths, and opportunities were identified from a qualitative approach. As a result, a complete restructuring of the company's strategic management plan is proposed, including its mission, vision, objectives, and the definition of various strategies aimed at leading the organization toward sustained growth and positioning it in the local market as a benchmark in the sale and repair of diesel spare parts.
