The administrative and operational management of organizations is vital to ensuring the fulfillment of objectives and the achievement of excellence. The objective of this article is to characterize the administrative and operational management of the parent agency of the Andinamotors company in the city of Ambato. The research was qualitative, descriptive, and longitudinal, as data and information were collected over different periods of time, and a survey was administered to the company's employees to learn their perceptions of the most relevant aspects of organizational management. The results show the need to improve employee training, increase awareness of the organization's internal regulations, improve the work environment, restructure work mechanisms, increase institutional reward plans, and guarantee career plans that allow the best employees to grow within the institution.
