Tourism as an economic activity has a complex structure, given the continuous increase in the number of people traveling to different tourist destinations. It should be noted that poorly planned tourism development can cause social inequality and exploitation of services and the environment itself. For tourism activities to have a positive impact on the various economic, social, and cultural factors of the community, strategic logistics management is required to avoid the negative impacts of the development of this activity. In this context, the overall objective of the research is to determine guidelines for logistics management for tourism activities in the canton of Patate, with the result that logistics management in the development of these activities is necessary to achieve standards of quality and comfort for tourists and visitors, in an efficient manner in terms of the use of products and the environment.
