Of the gynecologic neoplasms, endometrial cancer represents one of the most common, being the fourth most common gynecologic cancer in the United States. According to the morphological, histological and proliferation characteristics, it has been classified into two types: type I carcinoma (more common in 80% of cases) and type II carcinoma. Within type II is the serous subtype, with a worse prognosis due to its tendency to exfoliate and therefore greater dissemination. Molecular classification includes four subtypes of endometrial cáncer end groups them in four categories according to their overall risk of survival. Endometrial cancer can spread by direct extension to its adjoining structures, such as the tubes and ovaries, lymphatic and hematogenous spread. We present the case of a 48-year-old female patient, who attended a medical consultation due to abnormal bleeding through the genitals and increased abdominal circumference. After imaging studies, surgical resolution was planned, which occurred in July 2020 in which intra-abdominal carcinomatosis. Patient was admitted to the institution (Centro Médico Docente La Trinidad) where various studies were performed, including pathological anatomy and immunohistochemistry, findings were compatible with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of endometrial origin, metastatic. The differential diagnosis included poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
