The participation of personnel in educational institutions is a key factor for the achievement of the objectives and goals that are set, as well as for the development of an organizational culture that favors integration, communication, trust, permanent training and quality. of the interaction. A participatory action research was carried out that adopted the socio-critical paradigm, in the Lagunita Youth, Adult and Adult Education Lyceum, located in the Rómulo Gallegos municipality of the Cojedes state during the 2019-2020 school period, with the objective of applying strategies of sensitization of the personnel for the strengthening of the institutional educational process, based on a previous diagnosis that showed the apathy and lack of interest of the personnel to integrate into the activities of the institution. This experience was carried out in four investigative moments: initial reflection on the context; systematization and critical reflection; transformative proposal and its application; and assessment of achievements. The actions carried out in the application of the various awareness strategies contributed to creating and strengthening bonds of friendship among the staff, which resulted in a pleasant and respectful environment of coexistence among the members of the institution, as well as a favorable school climate. for attention to the student and surrounding community, highlighting and strengthening the values of solidarity, justice and equity.
