Administrative management involves organizing and efficiently using the human, financial and material resources of a company or institution to achieve its goals in a sustainable manner through the rational conduct of activities. The objective was to determine the organizational commitment and administrative management in the personnel of a Police Station in the Junín Region - Peru, 2022. The research was descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional whose sample was made up of 30 police officers from a police station in Junín who had command personnel under their charge. As a data collection instrument, the survey technique was applied, the instrument of which was a questionnaire. Data were stored in Microsoft Excel and processed with SPSS. As a result, 60.00% (18/30) had a low level of commitment, 30.00% (9/30) had a regular level and 10.00% (3/30) had a high level of commitment, regarding administrative management, it was found that in 60.00% (18/30) of the respondents it was low, 26.67% (8/30) regular and 13.33% (4/30) high, a significance of 95% confidence was obtained, the coefficient Spearman's rho of 0.775 and the p-value of 0.000, demonstrating a significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and Administrative Management in the operational staff of the Junín-Perú Police Station. The need to implement strategies to strengthen and improve organizational commitment is evident, this being the key to optimizing the management of human, material and financial resources in line with police objectives.
