Work motivation has become a key factor that directly impacts the productivity and performance of employees in organizations. As an objective, it was proposed to determine the relationship that exists between work motivation and productivity in employees of a Savings and Credit Cooperative in the Central Jungle during 2022. The study was experimental-cross-sectional, descriptive correlational design. The sample was made up of 73 collaborators from the business area of the six agencies of the central jungle. A questionnaire with a Likert scale with five options was used as a data collection instrument. Data were stored in Microsoft Excel and processed with SPSS software. As a result, it was found that 61.64% had low work motivation, 36.99% medium and 1.37% high respectively, regarding work productivity, 65.75% had low work productivity, 32.88 medium and ( 1/73) high, on the other hand, Spearman's Rho correlation index indicated that there is a medium positive correlation between motivation and work productivity; supported by a (r = 0.597; and a p value of 0.000); which is why the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (general hypothesis) was accepted. In conclusion, the planning of teamwork-oriented workshops is suggested with the purpose of stimulating collaboration and focusing on shared goals, with the main purpose of reinforcing commitment and improving productivity in the institution.
