Buriled mates are ornate crafts made from pumpkin fruits in Peru. They represent an artistic expression of the Andean communities since pre-Hispanic times. Today they are exported by microenterprises to the international market. According to COMEXPERU reports, microenterprises represent 54.8% of exporting companies, constituting a sector of national economic relevance. The purpose of this research was to know the opportunities for using commercial intelligence tools to export burilado mates in Huancayo (Cochas Chico Annex) producing companies to the United States market-2022. A case study was carried out, created through interviews with owners of 13 companies located in the department of Junín (Huancayo), Cochas Chico annex, dedicated to the marketing and manufacturing of burilated mates, involved in export issues. The results expose the categories: entrepreneur profile, operational management capacity, economic and financial capacity, as well as the export culture of the companies under study.
