A Financial Education program is a set of modules that contain financial knowledge based on topics such as financial planning, savings, responsible debt, investment; that promote exercises to develop skills and improve the financial education of the participants. The objective of the research was to determine the effect of the Quipucamayoc Program on Financial Education in teachers at a University in the Central Jungle. The research was quantitative-descriptive and cross-sectional, carried out during II-2022, whose sample was made up of 25 teachers. As a data collection instrument, a questionnaire validated by experts was applied pre and post to the application of the Quipucamayoc Program. The results show that only 12,00% of the participants had a high level of financial education in the pre-test; a percentage that increased in the post-test, since 56,00% of the teachers evaluated obtained high scores after their participation in the Quipucamayoc program. Regarding financial knowledge, financial skills and financial behaviors were high at 8,00%; 24,00%; 24,00% the pre-test; and 60,00%; 64,00%; 24,00% in the post-test, the increase in the averages was significant at the level of financial education and its dimensions, according to the t-tests carried out for related samples (t-value > 1.711; p-value < 0.000). This study concludes that the Quipucamayoc Program has positively influenced Financial Education and financial knowledge in teachers at a university in the Central Jungle.
