The purpose of this research was to establish the relationship between team management and job performance of the Serenazgo of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo. The methodology was hypothetical-deductive, correlational level, quantitative design, non-experimental cross-sectional, descriptive correlational. The sample consisted of 94 security personnel from the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo (non-probabilistic sampling). The instrument used was a questionnaire, the technique was a survey, the statistical test was Spearman's Rho, and the SPSS software was used. The results showed that for team management, 20.2% of respondents indicated it was adequate, while 76,6% rated it as regular. Regarding job performance, 19,1% rated it as high, and 73,4% as regular. Crossed results showed that 57,1% of employees who indicated low job performance also indicated that team management was regular, and 42.9% said it was inadequate. In the correlational test, the Spearman's Rho coefficient was 0,592, and the p-value was 0,00, determining a significant, direct, and moderate-strong relationship between the variables. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between team management and job performance of the Serenazgo of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo in 2023.
