In this research called: “Digital government and administrative simplification in public employees of a municipality in the Junín region”. The objective of the research was “to establish the relationship that exists between administrative simplification and digital government in public employees of a municipality in the Junín region”. The methodology used was the general method, the specific method was the hypothetical deductive, relational level, quantitative design, non-experimental cross-sectional, descriptive correlational, type of basic research, the sample was made up of 79 public employees of the Municipality of the Province of Tarma (Non-probability Sampling), the instrument was the questionnaire, the technique was the survey, Spearman's Rho statistical test and the SPSS software was used, the general conclusion was that the Spearman's Rho correlation index was found, where it indicates that it exists a medium positive correlation between digital government and administrative simplification; supported by a (r = 0,661; and a p value of 0,000), Given the above, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
