The relationship between maintenance management and service quality at the Universidad Peruana Los Andes reveals significant findings that contribute to the understanding of how maintenance practices influence the perception of service quality by the student community. Through a non-experimental and correlational design, data from 345 students from the Faculty of Engineering, specifically from the Professional School of Civil Engineering, were analyzed using SPSS 26 software and Spearman's Rho test. The general conclusion was that Spearman's Rho rating index was found, which indicates that there is an average positive rating between maintenance management and service quality; supported by a (r = 0.734; and a p value of 0.000), Given the above, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
