The research titled "Human Talent Management and Service Quality in Officials of a Municipality in the Central Jungle - 2023" aimed to establish the relationship between human talent management and service quality within a specific municipality. A methodological approach based on the general scientific method was applied, utilizing the hypothetical-deductive method as a specific approach. The study was designed with a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional focus, classified as descriptive and correlational. The study's population consisted of 87 officials from the Provincial Municipality of Satipo, with a census sample encompassing all available officials. A questionnaire served as the primary instrument for data collection, supplemented by surveys. For statistical analysis, the Spearman's Rho test was applied using SPSS software. Results indicated a moderate positive correlation between the studied variables, with a coefficient of r=0,755 and a p value of 0,000, signifying a significant relationship between human talent management and service quality. Consequently, the null hypothesis was rejected, while the alternative hypothesis was accepted, confirming that effective human talent management positively influences the quality of service provided by municipal officials.
