Abstract
CHUCHON VILCA, Jesús; AYALA VILLAR, Susana Amelia and GOMEZ CARDENAS, Paul. Inclusive and intercultural education in rural areas: Teachers' attitudes towards the law. e-Rev. Multidiscip. Saber [online]. 2025, vol.3, e-RMS06072025. Epub Sep 23, 2025. ISSN 2960-2467. https://doi.org/10.61286/e-rms.v3i.224.
The research aimed to determine the relationship between the right to inclusive education, interculturality and teaching attitude in students from rural communities of Ayacucho, 2025; in line with Goal 4 of SDG 2030, which promotes equitable, inclusive and quality education for all, especially in vulnerable contexts such as rural Andean areas. The methodology was descriptive research, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population was 1,350 students from four rural state institutions, and a representative sample of 300 students was selected by means of probabilistic sampling. The results showed that there is a direct relationship with moderate intensity between the right to inclusive education, interculturality and teachers' attitudes. Likewise, it was found that there is a direct relationship with moderate intensity between the right to inclusive education, interculturality and the teacher's cognitive dimension, i.e., the way in which the teacher understands and conceptualizes these principles. It was also found that there is a direct relationship with low intensity between the right to inclusive education, interculturality and the affective dimension of teaching, linked to feelings and emotional predisposition towards diversity. Similarly, a direct relationship with moderate intensity was found between the right to inclusive education, interculturality and the behavioral dimension of teaching, related to observable actions in pedagogical practice. It was concluded that there is a positive correlation between inclusive education and intercultural education; in addition, it was found that the teaching attitude moderately influences inclusion and is strongly related to interculturality.
