Abstract

PARRA GALVEZ, Nathalie. Digital didactic strategies in educational environments: A systematic approach. e-Rev. Multidiscip. Saber [online]. 2025, vol.3, e-RMS03122025.  Epub Mar 17, 2026. ISSN 2960-2467.  https://doi.org/10.61286/e-rms.v3i.306.

The role of Digital Didactic Strategies (DDS) and ICT tools as a driving force in contemporary educational transformation is analyzed by examining their effects on learning and competency development, as well as the systemic challenges of their implementation. The methodology consisted of a document review and literature analysis, synthesizing the relationships between key concepts (DDS, competencies, educational institutions) and their outcomes through an identity-relationship matrix, in order to establish a diagnosis of their effective application. The results reveal that the applied DDS generate significant benefits, as they enable the development of skills, abilities, and critical thinking in students, while innovative DDS promote active learning, socialization, and intercultural development. It was found that the effectiveness of this integration depends on competent educators, who must be leaders in ICT management. However, the main conclusion is that the Pedagogical Centers demonstrate shortcomings in vision and essential skills, a deficiency that extends to educators and students in the appropriate use of digital competencies. This problem, coupled with digital challenges, leads to a widening of educational gaps. Therefore, it is concluded that it is essential to prioritize didactic proposals based on the appropriate use of tools, ensuring that digital learning resources and mechanisms contribute to improving the student's comprehensive education for responsible digital citizenship.
