Teacher performance is fundamental in the educational context, and its quality is directly related to the job motivation of teachers. Contemporary education demands committed professionals with a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation that drives their work in the classroom. However, many institutions have neglected the importance of teachers' professional satisfaction, which can affect teaching and student performance. Job motivation involves factors such as remuneration, recognition, and working conditions, all of which impact teachers' performance and well-being. At the Instituto Educativo Salesiano Técnico Don Bosco, key aspects affecting educators' motivation and performance were identified, ranging from perceptions about salaries to the quality of resources and institutional support. Teachers express the need to feel valued and supported in their professional development, which would positively impact their performance. The relationship between motivation and performance is confirmed by statistical data reflecting a significant correlation. The study highlights the need for educational institutions to improve their teacher management policies, focusing on teachers' motivation and well-being. Addressing aspects such as professional recognition and the improvement of working conditions can be key to optimizing teaching and overall educational quality. These actions would ensure a favorable work environment, strengthening teachers' commitment and their impact on student development.
