Athenea is an open-access Scientific Journal focused on Engineering Sciences. It is edited by AutanaBooks, with the institutional support of the Universidad Experimental "Antonio José de Sucre" (UNEXPO), Puerto Ordaz vice-rectorate, Venezuela. Its main administrative headquarters is located in Ecuador, and its editor is PhD Franyelit Suárez.

The journal Athenea focuses on Engineering Sciences and aims to publish high-level academic scientific material of quality, produced by scientists and researchers at the Latin American and global levels, with the purpose of disseminating the work of teaching and research activities.
