This research analyzed the association between the quality of the educational environment in student teaching centers and the interactions that early childhood education students establish with children aged 0-6 years. The findings suggest that in centers where the environment, activities, and interactions are adequate, student teachers are more affective, are more responsive to children’s cues, encourage autonomy, and provide greater teaching and stimulationduring pedagogical interactions.
