Resumen
MEJIA, Andrea. Insomnia, between the ghostly sacred of il and a and teh sanctity of the law. EPISTEME [online]. 2010, vol.30, n.2, pp.11-22. ISSN 0798-4324.
The following article interrogates the counter-sense to which the term insomnia is exposed, when two texts written by Levinas are counter- posed, one of 1947 and the other of 1982. In the motif of insomnia two tor- rents of sense converge. These torrents initially come from areas that Levinas sharply separates in his thought: the holy and the sacred. But it is a counter- sense, above all, because insomnia consists in a radical alteration of the com- ing- into-sense itself, alteration that unfolds as, on one hand, the senselessness of being and, on the other hand, the enigmatic significance of the otherwise than being.
