The general objective of the research was to analyze the learning with mobile devices benefits the fulfilment of criteria for the evaluation of teaching performance. The method developed in this research was based on the quantitative approach, using the documentary-bibliographic typology, which allows the analysis of the object of study to be established. The research design was of two types: descriptive and documentary. The material addressed consisted of scientific research and refereed works. It is concluded that the use of mobile devices in learning offers a variety of opportunities to improve teachers' performance and compliance with assessment criteria. Teachers can create more dynamic, individualized and meaningful learning experiences for all students by applying these strategies effectively, including the application of innovative teaching skills. It is a commitment that requires the active participation of teachers.
