The objective of the research is to analyse the entrepreneurial culture of micro and small enterprises in Peru. Taking into account the PRISMA methodology, 25 articles were analysed. In the studies analysed it is considered that being an entrepreneur is not only about creating a company, it is about having knowledge, attitudes and skills that allow you to be sustainable in your work life, personal, with these skills will allow the entrepreneur to have a better focus on the business, be visionary, be tolerant to various favourable and unfavourable situations that could be exposed.
