Labor informality refers to a phenomenon in which workers are employed in economic activities that are not regulated or protected by labor laws and current regulations, its increase has been notorious since the pandemic, to know the causes and factors that perpetuate it, a systematic review has been carried out analyzing 37 research articles where it is shown that one of the causes of informality is the low educational level and few skills. This study suggests the intervention of the government entity to encourage the formalization of enterprises.
