The objective is to analyze the entrepreneurial culture as the axis of a transforming teaching in Peruvian teachers. It is a descriptive documentary study with bibliographic design. We worked with a bibliographic population of 21 scientific articles located in databases: PubMed, Scopus, WOS, Scielo, Redalyc, Latindex 2.0. New pedagogies involving entrepreneurial project-based classes, business idea competitions, and research and technology are useful tools to facilitate the next step of practical entrepreneurial preparation. Entrepreneurship education should focus on cultivating students' creativity and entrepreneurial effectiveness while fostering their entrepreneurial intent and developing their entrepreneurial skills and mindset. Policies aimed at promoting academic entrepreneurship should include the development of a healthy social environment towards it, which means that entrepreneurial intention is not only an individual but also an organizational challenge.
