Resumen

The objective of the research was to analyze the pedagogical practice in relation to the quality of learning in a public educational institution in the province of Virú. The population consisted of forty teachers from this institution. The interview technique was used for data collection, and the questionnaire was validated by expert judgment. The results show a Significant Internal Reliability (Cronbach's alpha = 0.926 > 0.90), with a pilot test of 22 teachers; obtaining when applying the pre-test that 98% of teachers were at an elementary level, exercising a routine pedagogical practice, practical, little reflective, with difficulty in pedagogical management, scarcely authentic and will hardly help to solve problems. Likewise, in the post-test, COMFOR program, 88% of teachers achieved a competent level; they use knowledge, abilities, skills and attitudes to solve environmental problems, with critical analysis, metacognition and ethics.
