Entrepreneurship is the ability that some people have to take risks and know that this part of life is important because it will change their status or socioeconomic level. The reasons why they change the time spent on entrepreneurship will be the result of success or failure in that attempt. There can be many explanations or reasons for the results obtained. The article aims to explain some variables that influence success or failure and the case of the entrepreneur Luís Banchero Rossi is presented to be analyzed, for which historical sources were required. The article follows a historical-biographical method. Using historical sources, it describes skills and circumstances after the death of businessman Luis Banchero Rossi to build the empire he managed to build. The article concludes by stating that entrepreneurship through the case presented is an important factor in the growth of the GDP of any country, in addition to generating an influx of capacities to get out of economic crises with government support or taking advantage of detected opportunities.
