ALGALOBO TAVARA, Bruno  and  MARTINEZ INONAN, Teodoro. Influence of sociodemographic and economic factors on entrepreneurship success. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.1, e501029.  Epub Nov 18, 2024. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11062722.

The purpose of this study is to identify the success factors that significantly influence business success in the department of Lambayeque, Peru, given that it is the geographical area with the third largest population in Peru. For this purpose, the 2022 National Household Survey (ENAHO) has been taken into account and, through econometric analyses such as Login and Probit, a conclusion will be reached. Business success can be interpreted in many possible ways, however, for the purposes of this research it will be taken as the profit obtained in entrepreneurial activities in the Lambayeque region. It will also be taken as a reference to the maximum income allowed in the tax regime such as the Single Simplified Regime (RUS) in Peru.

Keywords : entrepreneurship; sociodemographic factors; business success.
