Abstract

CORZO, Carlos Alberto Soto; ROMAN, Carlos Alfredo Ormeño  and  PILLACA, Danny Dominguez. Technology 4.0 in education management. Revista InveCom [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.1, e501056.  Epub Dec 05, 2024. ISSN 2739-0063.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11389415.

Today, researchers are needed to be critical, to question reality, equipped with the technological tools of the 4.0 Revolution. The formation of networks (networking) has an impact on the organizational structure based on new paradigms of generation and diffusion. On the other hand, the approach used in this study was quantitative in this study, which allowed for an objective analysis of the effects of technology 4.0 on educational efficiency. The current situation resulting from the crisis caused by the COVID19 pandemic was examined, which further complicates the panorama, opening a range of possible digital scenarios that challenge the educational system. In this sense, a detailed scientific investigation was carried out and a descriptive and systematic review of articles from indexed journals was carried out from 2019 to 2024. These articles were collected from various search platforms, such as Scopus, Web Science, SciElo, Latindex, Redalyc and ProQuest. Relevant articles addressing the topic of interest were reviewed, using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria to support the relevance and quality of the selected studies. The theme focused on answering the questions of what the administration of knowledge should be like in the educational environments of Revolution 4.0, where the generation of knowledge must contribute to transforming social relations. On the other hand, it is concluded that the 4.0 competencies approach seeks to promote essential skills and abilities to address the challenges of the digital age, problem solving and critical thinking.

Keywords : technological revolution 4.0; learning management and quality education.
