The role of Nursing is not only besieged by the difficulties and challenges provided by the dynamics of this profession, but it can also be considered an exercise where conflict and discrimination arise, which undoubtedly impacts its work. Hence, this article is presented with the intention of making a systematic approach to the scientific works on the expressed topic, based on a specialized search in databases such as Google Academic and Science Direct, from which 16 scientific articles were selected and investigations in the period from 2020 to 2024, using the PRISMA protocol for registration. In essence, the analyzed works show that violence in the professional field of Nursing materializes through labor conflicts, forms of harassment, arguments and discrimination through estimations from a feminist, sexist or even migratory perspective; That is why the main conclusion is expressed about aggression or violence as well as discrimination towards Nursing professionals and their development in the common and atypical context of professional practice.
